Vata --- the autumn seasonal ceremony || Yoga, Meditation & Breath || Season for bringing light, awareness and warmth.

Join me for a warm and cozy session accompanied by your favorite tea. We'll begin with 15 minutes of invigorating Ashtanga yoga to energize the body, followed by 15 minutes dedicated to gentle yoga therapy to soothe and heal. Afterward, we’ll spend 10 minutes practicing meditation and breathwork, helping us cultivate focus on the present moment with a sense of faith and hope. To close, we’ll take time to reflect on the deeper meaning of this season for each of us and share our thoughts, inviting light, abundance, and harmony to gracefully conclude the class.

Timeline:

7:00pm - 7:15pm Opening practice in Ashtanga yoga,

7:15pm - 7:30pm Coming into our cooling practice yoga therapy,

7:30pm - 7:40pm A light meditation ending in warm regards in focused breath cycles,

7:40pm - 8:00pm Ending discussion on this season and general questions or comments to close the night and practice.
