Vasanta — Spring | Yoga Event
Vasanta begins as the cold of Śiśira loosens its grip and the earth starts to warm. What was stored and solidified in winter begins to melt—physically, energetically, and emotionally.
This yoga event focuses on bringing this into practice not just with yoga, but the every-day.
During this event, you will be able to move with grace and ease from postural pose, sequenced with a timely rhythm, and through each pose come into exhale from taking a deep inhale in transition.
We will begin with a check-in through commentary, then move into a land acknowledgment, short review of teacher’s yoga journey and a gratitude breath cycle - holding space and giving space for one another. Then beginning on the mat, grounding from within and creating space to move with flow and creativity.
